The Board of Directors serve on a voluntary basis and have oversight and advisory responsibilities regarding the management of the center. The Board does not concern itself with day-to-day design and management of the program except in its role of overseeing the Program Director. It does concern itself with evaluating and approving the long range development of services offered by the corporation (e.g., program size and type).
